Due to COVID-19 and measures regulated by the Alberta Health Agency, Airdrie & Cochrane Denture Centre are now required to follow new guidelines, which will mitigate the risk and spread of the COVID-19 virus. Our centre's first priority is to ensure the health and safety of all of our patients, and we take every precaution and procedure extremely seriously. Before booking your appointment, please read our new procedures, and if you have any questions you may call the office and one of our staff will be able to assist you.
Please phone the office when you arrive in the parking lot, and we will check if there is someone available to see you.
When visiting our office, all patients are required to come unaccompanied, if possible, and please refrain from bringing children.
We will require you to use hand sanitizer upon your arrival, which will be provided by one of our staff.
All of our patients will be required to sign a COVID-19 form. This form can be signed and sent prior to your arrival on our website, or if you prefer, it can be signed in person at the time of your arrival.
All staff is required to be dressed in personal protective equipment (PPE), which includes gowns, masks, and face shields.
We will require all patients to perform a mouth rinse.
After each patient is done their procedure, our staff will ensure the safety of our patients by conducting a full office sterilization.
